Cancellation Policy A 50% deposit is required to book for first time clients. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. Reschedules within 24 hours keep the deposit, which will be applied to a future service. A 10 minute grace period is honored, however if you are more than 10 minutes late, your service may be canceled, rescheduled, or modified at the providers discretion. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
